Not worth the effort Luke in my opinion unless you have an idea that provides you with a Silver Bullet. Too much racing these days and a lot of time spent, when you could be working on something else. There are enough providers of ratings around to give ball park figures for horses with chances in a race. I would make one exception however in that it could be worthwhile if you specialise at say a course like Newcastle on Tapeta, or Southwell on the Fibresand (although they do not have enough meetings there for my liking). I would also suggest speed figures over form figures on the synthetic tracks are far more effective.
