Hi Eddie, what I mean by actual 9 is up to 9 stalls. As we know non runners affect the stall numbers. If for example stall 3 has a non runner, they would have 2 and 4 side by side rather than stall 3 vacant. Naturally a draw bias is mainly in the shorter races and this will have an influence in some of the results, it doesn’t adversely effect what I’m trying to achieve here. Main thing I’m looking for here is an advantage with the weight allowance. The less complicated the horse, the less thinking the young jockey has to do. We want them to just to point and shoot
