Here’s my take on staking for good selections like SotD priced from evens to 5-1.
Consider your ‘normal’ bet ie your most comfortable stake say £20, now halve it and treat as 1% of bank (£1,000).
So your first stake is £10; after a loser raise to £12 to a maximum of £20 in the sequence 1%, 1.2%, 1.4%, 1.7%, 2%. After 5 losers stay at £20 so you are never going above your comfort zone.
Keep a running total of losses and, after a winner, revert to 1% if they are cleared. If you still had a loss of £7 then your next stake would be £12 ie as though you had lost the initial stake of the sequence.
When in profit by 20% raise to the new starting point £12 or 1% of £1,200.
Only reduce stakes if losing 50% of bank.
