My Bethany 33/1, 60 at Betfair returned a profit of £72 after comm yesterday. The N/R at Crl was the best jumps result!

Three jumps meets today and good ol’ Wolves tonight.

Huntingdon is a right-handed course with a strong outsider return over the last few years: +£63.50 Chs and +£285 hdls; best months Oct/Nov. Contenders today:
Hun 1.40HC El Indio 16/1, 25 Betfair ask.
Hun 2.40HC Sleepy Haven 20/1, 32; and Too Much Too Soon 25/1, 50
Hun 3.10HH In The Crowd 16/1, 25
Hun 3.40F Sir Albie 25/1, 50; and Shining Romeo 20/1, 32

Lingfield: left-hander, Heavy going today, mud monkeys to the fore! Excellent +£308.75 Chs, lousy minus 75 hdls; best months Nov/Dec.
Lin 1.00HH Like Sully 25/1, 50 and Sebs Sensei 33/1, 70. Bit of a chancer here, but in the heavy, who can say?
Lin 1.30HC Red Anchor 20/1, 32
Lin 4.00F Breath Of Life 50/1, 100; Owners Day 33/1, 70; Primrose Brown 33/1, 70 and Wun Destination 66/1, 200

Left-hander Sedgefield (Tony Blair’s old constituency!) is +£61.70 chases and currently zero over hurdles, but with a 5% win SR and 19% place SR is very borderline and Dec + Nov are the two best months here. I’ve spent a few Boxing Days in the dim and distant past at this course with bleak winds howling and lots of lovely snow swirling, but with the decimated fields today I’m only looking at the 2.20 chase with Total Assets 25/1, 40 and Minella Hero 16/1, 30 my only bets

Wolves usual new bets tonight, so have fun peoples and talk later. Ooh, it’s quiz night at my local (Robartes Arms, Illogan)
