Hi guys, and thanks George for the accurate answer to Chudd’s question. When filtering the choices I looked at Nearly Namad’s form and saw that its two previous wins (at Navan and Kilbeggan) were on GF and G respectively, and worse still they are both sinister courses, whereas Fairyhouse is right-handed! On paper therefore it had no chance yesterday, but we all know how unpredictable racing can be. I do my best, Chudd, and DO make money.

Some might say the so-called “Saturday Curse” struck again; but not so. No winners over the jumps perhaps, but the AW at Wolverhampton did the biz again (after Friday’s trio) with two goodies that netted a nice little profit of £62.50 after commission and stakes. No AW today so it’s a bet at Leicester, 8 at Carlisle and 11 at Fairyhouse. Let’s go alphabetically with these, starting with the three contenders (HC hdls only) at Crl:

Crl 1220 Kind Of Easy 33/1 (70), Triumph Davis 28/1 (50) and Fozy Moss 20/1 (32)
Crl 1.20 Wintered Well 16/1 (25), Tomkevi 20/1 (32), Pistol 16/1 (25) and Warksburn Boy 20/1 (32)
Crl 3.20 Palmello 33/1 (70)

Fai 2.10HH Sunrae Shadow 18/1 (30), College Boy 25/1 (40), Urtheoneiwant 50/1 (100), Wilcos Mo Chara 25/1 (50) and Vote Of Confidence 20/1 (32)
Fai 3.10HC Cootamundra 25/1 (50), Forever Gold 20/1 and Sword Fish 16/1 (25)
Fai 3.40Flat Any Drama 25/1 (50), Slippery Serpent 66/1 (150) and The Boldshemalier 33/1 (70)

Lei 3.00HC Derryogue 16/1 (25)

Just noticed Fai 3.10 market has collapsed, assume a withdrawal or two, in which case ignore the race until I check it out properly.

Enjoy! 🙂
