Weekly Update

All change!

Is the cry ahead of the Geegeez System Trials Roundup to 29/08/2017!

Over the past fortnight since my last update, 5 of our trials have come to an end and this week's report will focus on those. I have added three new reviews this week with a couple of them making an excellent start, as you'll see shortly and I've another 4 trials going "live" on Friday, so keep an eye out for those, as they're a little different to the "geegeez norm".

So, in order of ROI, here are the five we wave goodbye to (four really, as two are derived from the same source!)...

  • TrackSide, whose final profit of £212.23 was achieved at an ROI of 19.34%, courtesy of a strike rate of 37.62% (38 winners from 101 selections). I don't have our reviewer's final summary to hand just yet, so I won't pre-empt his verdict, but I'll let you have it as soon as it comes in. In the meantime, Ray's review is right here.
  • 123 System's review also ended recently and after 55 successful bets from 81 selections (67.9% SR) a final profit of £113.37 represented a more than acceptable 14% return on stakes and that was good enough for our reviewer, Ernest, to award the service a 4/5 rating. You can read Ernest's appraisal right here.
  • Third and fourth on the list is Elite Racing Advice, who offer a mix of win and E/W bets at the sharper end of the market. When I first saw the service, it looks interesting and potentially profitable, but I wasn't keen on backing horses on an E/W basis at short odds, so I suggested to our reviewer, James, that we follow the service's advice, but also run a win only trial alongside and here's what we found......thankfully, I was proved right and the win only angle came out best, as from 172 selections, there were 49 winners and 41 additional placers giving a win strike rate of 28.49% and a place strike rate of 52.33%. These are really good numbers and generated win only profits of £250.71 at an ROI of 13.44% and advised returns of £191.55 at an ROI of 10.27%. Both sets of figures are more than acceptable, but I know which I'd prefer! James' full analysis of the service is right here.
  • The only one of the five completed reviews to show a loss was , but unfortunately the monetary loss of £545.39 incurred by the Tips Service actually equals some 71% of all the profit made the four above! This is because they only managed to find 28 winners from 238 (11.76% SR), meaning they lost 22.91% of all stakes invested. We obviously can't recommend this one to you and Iain's review tells the whole sorry tale.

... and now our updated "league table", also ordered by overall ROI...

You can also clearly see this week's three new additions at the top and bottom of that table, but after just a couple of days' trading with us, it's far too soon to make any judgement calls on them. Omaha Racing lost a little money over the fortnight, but still sit in a decent position entering the second half of their trial, so we'll have a better picture of how that will pan out next time around.

Don't forget that we're adding four more newbies at the end of this week, so we'll have news on those next time around too and if there's anything you'd like us to cover, just ask!

Thanks for reading,
Chris.
