Friday Round Up

round-upA few updates to share today, including more profits from geegeez' free tipping service; return of an old friend; a chance to learn a bit more about yours truly; and a word on today's Feature of the Day.

First up, you'll have heard me bang my drum about Double Dutch, geegeez' free daily tipping service that runs from Monday to Saturday each week. The double was landed again yesterday, this time at 19/1, as the drifting Toot Sweet (3/1 SP) paired up with the shortening Tsarglas (4/1 BOG taken).

That takes Double Dutch to 91.61 points profit in 397 betting days, and it is now showing 76.16 points profit in 2014. Add that to Stat of the Day's 92 points profit so far in 2014, and you have a whopping +168 bottom line this year. That's why I bang my drum about it!

Just think, a tenner on each of those picks would have paid for a pretty nice holiday. No fantasy cars or houses, but perfectly achievable, sustainable, lovely profit. 🙂

Double Dutch is online already today and can be found from the 'horse racing tips' menu item at the top of every page, or from the left hand column of the home page, or by clicking this link.

And if you're a free registered user, don't forget to check for Feature of the Day each day. Today - Fridays - it is the Horses for Courses report, which can be found from the 'Report Selector' dropdown at the top of the racecards (when you're logged in). Naturally, Gold subscribers have this in their locker every day.

Today's list includes a horse defending a 50% win record across 14 races; another with two wins and two places (and a +30.75 each way profit) from five course runs; and another with four course wins from ten course starts and a +25.5 profit score.

More info on Friday's Feature of the Day can be found here.

Oh, and while I'm at it, tomorrow (Saturday) has the wonderful TJ Combo report as Feature of the Day. If you get a chance, take a look at this short explainer video on the joys contained therein!

As with every Feature of the Day, they're free to registered users one day a week, and part of the Gold package every day. I personally check TJ Combo every day, and it's a rich source of value winners.

If you're not a free registered user of geegeez yet (whaaaaaat?!!!), you can put that right here.

And, talking of Saturday, after last week's cameo return, I'm delighted to say that Andy Newton's Saturday TV Trends are making a permanent comeback, by popular demand, starting tomorrow. So, keep the old peepers peeled for them. (They'll be on site late this afternoon if you want to get a head start).

And finally in this little round up, I was recently interviewed by the Betting Expert blog - actually it was a few weeks ago now, as you'll see from the allusion to Many Clouds running in the Hennessey, which of course he won. That interview has a bit of blurb about my background, but perhaps more interestingly, some thoughts on getting a bet on, how the sport is run, and a few horses to follow.

If you've got five minutes, you can read that here.

    TJ combo strikes again!
12/1 winner at Southwell overturning a 1/2 fav.

Yep, and the top listed on the Horses for Courses report, Abi Scarlet, also won at 15/2. That was Feature of the Day today.

As if that wasn’t enough, the sole ‘line of green’ horse on The Shortlist bolted up at 9/4. Good tools, these. No, actually, they’re bloody great tools! 😉

Couldn’t agree more, fantastic value Geegeez, the content in terms of articles alone is worth paying for, add to the fact that you actually can make money when taking the plunge with a subscription. Said it before, said it again and will no doubt say it many more times in the future – the best site around, nothing compares.

    Cheers, Chris
