What is Geegeez? is a horseracing website dedicated to UK and Irish racing. It publishes a range of content including news and big race previews, as well as its flagship service, Geegeez Gold.

Geegeez Gold is, in a nutshell, one of the most comprehensive horse racing betting services available. Featuring state of the art racecards packed with profit-pulling insights, a computer formbook, laser-targeted daily reports, winning tips and ratings, a community forum, next generation draw and pace data, and our secret weapon, the Instant Expert.

Instant Expert is a colour-coded at-a-glance form profiler showcasing ALL of the relevant form for ALL runners in a race. Using this single view users can see instantly whether a race is competitive or not, and which runners are best suited to today's conditions, regardless of recent form. Hence the name Instant Expert!

About Geegeez Gold

Geegeez Gold offers a wide range of content to its subscribers. For new users, it is easy (and natural) to feel overwhelm. So, don't worry if that's you. Like everything else in life, take it one step at a time and you'll be fine.

The first step is to familiarize yourself with the racecards. These are similar to those of the 'traditional providers', which many users previously relied on. Similar, but much enhanced! So get used to our racecard and the extra features in it.

Geegeez Gold doesn't do tips. Instead, we provide tools to help you find your own value 'tips' (or picks or bets or whatever you'd personally like to call them). There are lots of tipping services out there, most of which provide zero entertainment and often prove far more expensive than the actual service itself.

User Guide

The User Guide is a genuinely good place to start. Don't read it from cover to cover but, instead, dip into it and experiment with parts of the service that interest you. To remind you, the latest version is always on your My Geegeez page.

Also on your My Geegeez page is a huge array of video tutorials. Some of these offer insights into betting far beyond the actual tool being showcased, and these are well worth the time to watch.

To amend your details - password, forum display name, email address, etc - just go to Account Management and select the Amend Details option.

If you're a free subscriber and wish to upgrade to Gold, or a monthly Gold subscriber wishing to go to Annual, you can upgrade easily on your Account Management page.

Please go there, and then select the Account Options link top right. From there just click the cancel button.

Technical Issues

If you've been experiencing issues with accessing logged in/premium content, please take the following actions which should remedy the vast majority of issues

  1. Ensure you’re logged in (sorry, I have to say that!)
  2. Please clear your cache as per's-Cache
  3. Please ensure the web address in your browser has https:// at the start. For example, (try clicking that link)
  4. Try to access geegeez from your mobile phone using mobile data rather than your wifi, to confirm it’s related to your wifi network (If you can get in from your phone on mobile data, your wifi is the problem)
  5. Ensure that you don't have ad blockers enabled, which might be preventing content from loading
  6. If you’re still having issues, try to flush the DNS. Type ‘flush dns [your device]’ into google search – where [your device] is the machine you’re using, e.g. windows 10 laptop, iphone 5, macbook - and follow the steps.
  7. Switch off your router, and unplug it. Wait ten seconds then plug back in.
