Whether they satisfy the criteria outlined in the report is for you to establish - there's no such thing as a free lunch! To help you, the full 2023 runner list can be found beneath the possible qualifiers list.

Sometimes a judgement may need to be applied regarding qualification. This is up to you as an individual based on the info in the report.

Please always remember this is supposed to be fun! Hopefully it will bring profit as well as fun. Time will tell!
