The Juddmonte Grand Prix de Paris on Wednesday evening at Longchamp will see Ice Blue carrying the expectations of a great run for Pascal Bary.
The colt, who it's hoped has put his unsatisfying run in the Prix du Jockey Club event behind him, wears the colours of Khalid Abdullah the event sponsor.
"He's fine. He came back a bit tired from the Jockey Club because he got very excited before the race," the trainer told At The Races.
"He was a bit upset. He was sweating at the start, the race was going too fast for him and I think the ground was too firm for him too.
"I think he will be OK tomorrow. I don't think the race will be too fast and I expect a good performance from him. The ground should be perfect for him.
"I think the Irish horse (Jan Vermeer) and Planteur could be the dangers."
