Lowlay: Today’s Selection / Yesterday’s Result

Quick line, dear reader, to tell you the latest on Lowlay, our current laying trial.

Starting Bank     £2500

Current Bank     £2520

P/L                     +£20

Yesterday's lay Ailsa Carmel was a well beaten 6th, when sent off the 9/4 favourite, making it eight winning days in a row.

More remarkable still was that - after a truly torrid start - Lowlay is now showing a profit. Granted it's a measly profit, but it's a profit nevertheless!

Since inception in February, Lowlay have just broken through the £3,000 profit barrier (to £100 stakes).

Let's see how they fare today, with Mount Hadley in the 5.15 Lingfield.

    Dear Matt

How does the Lowlay system compare with your own Laying System – god’s honest truth and all that?

If I had just enough funds to commit to one, which one would it be?

On the face of it, both appeal.

      Hi SJ

Lowlay has a much lower liability than my Laying System, and much less action. It also is a ‘manual’ system, though of course you could use a bot. That said, it seems to be performing very well, and might be better for you, because of the lower liabilities.

    Hi Matt,

Not sure where to post this but i have recently been targeted with a pitch for “Moody Mares” system. having googled this many say it must be rubbish but no one admits to having bought it so maybe it actually works. Be great to hear your opinion on weather its worth testing. Costs £100 or £50 for affiliate sales.
