As a newcomer to Geegeez I would like some help in interpreting the data provided for the races on TV trends.

    • Matt Bisogno says:

      Hi Bugs,

The point of it is to be up to the user about which starts are of most interest to them. Using Gold race cards you can use the red x’s to eliminate runners as you like.

      Best,
      Matt

  2. Paul says:

Have tried trainers quotes and unless you can watch every race it’s not much use.
Winners are few and far between.

  3. Bubbles180 says:

If you are going to use trainer quotes its a case of reading through the lines on what the trainers say and how they rate them, backing every selection is not profitable but some days you can get a few good selections but personally not worth the membership fee

  4. Bubbles180 says:

using todays tends as above picked
    2.00 fireglow 2nd
    2.20 maarek won 5/1
    2.35 shared equity 3rd 14/1
2.50 wadi al hattawi won 14/1
    3.10 the twisler won 16/1
3.25 polybius won 15/2 (went against DD)
    3.45 kodi bear won 4/5

all prices are what i took, what a briliiant day and more proof that this is the best site on the internet today

  5. Philip Clayton says:

I joined trainers quotes about two years ago and stayed and then left because of cashflow and then rejoined two weeks ago.

I think they are brilliant. The trainers quotes are from the “horse’s mouth” and they are all obviously trying to be truthful. My very first bet with them was a 20/1 winner with 5 runners and an AP hotpot ‘expected’. Trainer said in with a good chance and nothing to be afraid of. Won comfortably. As I am a pennies punter I only had fiver on it. Kept me going for a long time.

TQ is simple it does what it says and gets quotes fom trainers. These people are training HORSES, i.e. not footballers, or athletes, who can communictate their feelings. Trainers are obviously more informed than punters, but they are still prey to over optimism, and they do not always know what other trainers have.

Just like any other ‘method’ there will be winning clusters and losing clusters and the latter are always going to outweigh the former, otherwise the bookies would be bankrupt. Who takes our bet then?

  6. bugsburgess says:

Thanks for all your advice. Used trainer record to back a David O,Meara double
Led with Good 4-15 So Beloved and Beverley 5-05 Jebediah Shines.

  7. wayneg1 says:

Can’t you get trainer quotes from the racing post site for slightly less per month not to mention owners and race replays?

Have only found this site recently but from first impressions this geegeez site offers something different early days for me but I load this site up before the Racing Post which says alot!

    • Matt Bisogno says:

      Hi Wayne

      Glad you’re enjoying Geegeez.

To clarify the Racing Post provision, they have trainer quotes only for the biggest races; and they no longer provide video replays of races…

      Best,
      Matt
