SOTD Weekly Updates

SotD Update, 20th to 25th March 2017

OK, I suppose it was almost inevitable that I was due a bad week, my first for some considerable time, as we went 0 from 6.

Bad enough for some to cancel their Gold membership and bad enough to attract some unpleasant comments, but in my defence, March is still in profit at a strike rate on par with my historical performance and at an ROI far better than we tend to average.

2017's figures still look excellent and it's worth noting that even in a poor week, I still had a 50% place strike rate, the MO hasn't changed at all, I just fell a little short.

Some folk are destined to go through their punting life jumping from one tipster/advice service to the next new one without giving any a chance and will never have the mindset to stick with proven profitable services.
As for the unpleasant comments, you just have to ignore them and know the perpetrators are in the minority.
Geegeez is fantastic value for money for all the content
    Thanks for everything

I know I should rise above it, but I find the attitude tiresome.

It’s probably unprofessional of me to gripe about it in public, too.

You always warned us about reverting to the mean at some point, ignore all of the comments, the vast majority of us know that over time we have a much better chance following SOTD than anything else..

keep up the good work chris ..cant win every day or there would be no bookies the profits speak for themselves you just cant back them for one week its a marathon not a sprint…..

Hi all ,I should get my pitch fork out ,ha ha ,another placer today .but seriously if others complain and throw their toys out it’s their lose. I’ve been following sotd since 22.2.16 . And at the start i ,sorry we, had a run of 9 before a win then 9 then 4 then 16 !! At what point would you give in? This site is the best . Just keep up the great work I for one really appreciate it

I think the key is to give it longer than 2 weeks, irrespective of results!

Can’t believe people cancelled and/or moaned about this. I joined exactly at the beginning of the bad week, but having looked at the monthly stats from the start I had faith, and sure enough the next two were good odds winners.
