SOTD Weekly Updates

SotD Update, 23rd to 28th May 2016

This week went pretty much the way of the previous one, four straight weekday losers, before a big weekend with 2 winners on the Friday and Saturday. Mind you, I'd settle for that every week!

Winners at 11/4 and 5/1 not only returned us a profit of 3.75pts, it also highlighted the need to get the bets on as early as you posibly can (after all, that's why I do my best to get them online the evening before!). BOG prices meant we emerged from the week 3pts better off than we'd be at SP and thats money we can't be leaving on the bookies' counters.

This now puts May's figures at +23.73pts with two more opportunities to come, but more importantly (to me, anyway), it means we've now covered all the losses made in February, March & April (just!). SotD is a long-term project that WILL make profit, but sometimes we have to dip into our pot to fund the bets for a while.

Nice one, Chris. More good work.
You’ve got to take a long term views, folks. Any idiot can make a few quid in the short term.
