SOTD Weekly Updates

SotD Update, 26th Feb to 3rd March 2018

The weather got a grip on racing this week and we lost three days of selections and having failed to land a winner on Monday or Tuesday, it looked like a possible blank week for us.

Fortunately Excellent George defied a marked drift in the market to battle on to the line, sticking his head out at just the right time to kick March off with a winner.

February's figures were excellent, despite a late downturn, but I'm more than happy with a strike rate North of 1 in 3 and profits of more than 50% of stakes. Looking for a good run towards Easter now.

Been following SOD for a couple of years now. Well ahead and always reliable.
Also no silly claims for unobtainable prices.
    Well done

    • Chris Worrall says:

      Thanks, Tony.
In fact, to back up your point, I often advise odds that can be beaten by an odd firm here and there, so figures for some people might be even higher.

Don’t know if you’ve noticed Chris, but just for a bit of silly trivia, you’ve nailed the winner of the last four Saturday’s in a row! Always the best day of the week to be on a winner from my perspective… Cheers

    • Chris Worrall says:

Knew I’d got the last two and both were helpful in saving the week! I do like a Saturday winner, as it is the hardest day generally.
