Geegeez Review Update

Hi everyone and welcome to my latest weekly Wednesday roundup of all things system related. We've currently got 12 active reviews in our system trials section of the site (which is right here!) and despite the wind, rain, snow, ice and fog etc, seven of the twelve made a profit this week with just four of them losing money.

The performer of the week was Steve Good Racing (hence the headline!), who has been on a bit of a rollercoaster ride in 40 days with us. He set off like a house on fire, then had a mid-review slump, as mentioned last week and now he's posted a profit of almost £185 in the last seven days. This one has some promise, but it's not for the faint hearted!

Honourable mentions this week for last week's new starter Alec Pearce who made a steady £34 in week one, but has added a further £136 this week to put himself in a very healthy position, whilst the weekly top three is completed by Ken Emery's The Young Ones service, who chipped in with just over £82 since last Wednesday.

There were no massive losses, thankfully, but four services did lose ground on the pack. Our bottom three were Easy Tips (-£30.10), James Tucker (-£36.00) and the wooden spoon goes to the "flattering to deceive" Unity Racing Club, whose losses of nearly £88 form part of a bigger growing concern, but more about that shortly.

Let's first look at how this week's results affect our "league table"...

As you can see, Steve Good's headline act has catapulted him into the overall top three where he is hot on the heels of Alec Pearce, the one I suggested you keep an eye on from last week! And our clear leader is still Unity Racing Club with a huge £1354 profit.

We've had a couple of negative comments sent in regarding this one, so I've taken a closer look at the review results and I was a little shocked/perturbed to find that they actually made £1442.50 on one day early in the review, meaning that their other 51 days on trial actually show a loss of £88.30, which would actually place them 10th of 12 in our league table.

Which is where Each Way Earners currently sit, just £36 shy of profit at the end of their review. They had no selections in the last five days of the trial, so it's not inconceivable that they might have made an overall profit, had the weather improved for them. A 3.6pt loss over two months on review isn't a disaster at this time of year and whilst we'll continue to monitor its progress, we obviously can't recommend it to you at this point.

Our bottom two services look to be floundering. John Sills, admittedly, has time on his side, but early losses of over £111 in 16 days is a worry, but the ship has definitely sailed for Easy Tips! They're going to need a miracle to emerge from the trial in profit, with just four days left with us, they've almost £300 to find, before we even discuss subscription fees! The fat lady hasn't quite started her song, but I can see her in the wings doing some vocal exercises!

We introduced a greyhound racing review (PGT) to the site this week and as well as adding new racing services on a regualr basis, I'm going to bring you some other sports to look at! So, if there's anything in particualr you want us to review, just let me know!

Otherwise, I'll be back next week!

All the best,
Chris & the review team.

Don`t understand your Alex Pearce appraisal as he`s having a dreadful time with (from memory) just 1 winner in the last 11 bets. Thank God I`m on a free trial as I couldn`t afford his very high fees and the losing bets as well!

That piece is 3 weeks old!
All tipsters have runs of form, both good and bad.

He was doing well, when I wrote that.

Sorry Chris. I followed the link from today`s Geegeez email and naturally assumed ( I would say that wouldn`t ?) that all the reviews were current.
Seems like sod`s law on new services has struck again as , I agree, Alec Pearce was going great guns before that. Hopefully, he`ll start firing again before my “free” trial ends.
