Andy Newton’s got six flat handlers to look out for this week on his 'HOT TRAINERS' list.

DAVID ELSWORTH (4 winners from his last 7 runners, 57% strike-rate): With 8/1, 9/1 and 11/1 winners amongst their recent successes then their followers are sitting pretty at the moment. Jockeys Liam Keniry and Dane O’Neill get the bulk of their rides, while with 15 winners they only need one more to better the whole of last terms tally. 50, in 1999, was their best ever finish so far, which is probably unlikely to be bettered, well this season anyway. Keep an eye on their juveniles as they’ve had 2 winners and 2 seconds from just 4 sent to post, while with 12 winners from their 3 year-olds they are also doing well with that age group (29%).
Track stats and up-coming entries: Sandown (1 from 19, 5%), Newmarket July (18 from 115, 16%), Bath (0 from 2), Pontefract (1 from 11, 9%), Haydock (4 from 16, 25%), Chester (1 from 3, 33%), Newbury (8 from 45, 18%),

AMANDA PERRETT (9 winners from her last 17 runners, 53% strike-rate): Another winner on Monday at Chepstow keeps the Perrett good run going and with a +£25 level stakes profit too then punters have a lot to thank them for. This run still actually only puts them on 13 winners for 2013, but that from just 58 runners (22%). 60 in 2002 is their best finish yet, so it’s hard to see them getting near that, but at least at the moment you know their string could not be in better form and until there are clear signs of that changing then all of their runners should warrant a second glance. They are yet to have a 2 year-old winner from just 2 sent to post, while Jim Crowley’s recent rides for them read a very impressive 1,2,1,1,2!
Track stats and up-coming entries: Lingfield AW (19 from 131, 15%), Kempton AW (24 from 173, 14%), Brighton (7 from 43, 16%), Sandown (3 from 52, 6%), Lingfield (3 from 27, 11%), Newmarket July (3 from 31, 10%), Bath (7 from 54, 13%), Newbury (4 from 63, 6%)

JEREMY NOSEDA (3 winners from his last 6 runners, 50% strike-rate): Yes, they had a 2/7 shot turned over on Saturday, but they made up for that with a 14/1 success at Lingfield later that day. This yard has always been more about quality than quantity and that’s backed up again with 17 winners from just 68 runners so far this season. They are also showing a nice +£13 level stakes profit this term with their runners, while it’s unlikely they will get anywhere near it, but you might be interested to know that 62 winners in 2011 was their best ever tally. William Buick is the main jockey they use, but Ryan Moore, Seb Sanders and James Doyle are others they often use too. There are plenty of tracks they do well at but pay special attention to Beverley, Brighton, Lingfield AW, Sandown, Yarmouth and Wolverhampton AW.
Track stats and up-coming entries: Lingfield AW (42 from 154, 27%), Kempton AW (24 from 141, 17%), Thirsk (0 from 3), Sandown (12 from 45, 27%), Newmarket July (15 from 71, 21%), Haydock (7 from 37, 19%), Chester (2 from 8, 25%), Newbury (10 from 54, 19%)

MICK EASTERBY (5 winners from his last 13 runners, 38% strike-rate): Fired in a treble on Saturday and that took their tally for the season up to 23. They are also showing a very decent +£34 level stakes profit with their flat runners in 2013, while with 46 winners in 2012 then they are well on the way to making this their best ever campaign – they’ve hit 46 winners three times now (1997, 2006 & 2012). No 2 year-old winners as yet from 10 runners, but they’ve had a couple of seconds, with the bulk of their winners (17) coming with their 4+ year-olds. Don’t forget they do also have the odd NH runner, but so far did only manage 9 successes last season and are yet to get off the mark this term from 9 runners. Jockey Graham Gibbons has been on three of their 5 recent winners, with Paul Mulrennan and Serena Brotherton riding the others.
Track stats and up-coming entries: Ripon (2 from 63, 3%), Haydock (2 from 58, 3%), Pontefract (5 from 58, 9%), Newmarket July (0 from 1), Beverley (10 from 162, 6%), Chester (2 from 13, 15%), Stratford (1 from 9, 11%), Perth 3 from 10, 30%), Nottingham (4 from 45, 9%)

DAVID SIMCOCK (5 winners from his last 13 runners, 38% strike-rate): Had a decent Epsom winners on Friday and Saturday, and got the week off to a cracking start with an easy winner up at Chepstow on Monday. That means they are already on 34 winners for the season, and firing them in at a 20% strike-rate, as they motor on towards the 68 (their best-ever) that they managed in 2012. Only had a couple of juvenile winners (1 second), with the bulk of their winners (19) coming with their 3 year-olds. As the season moves on look for any runners they send to north to Thirsk & Hamilton, while they’ve also done well at tracks like Ffos Las, Brighton and Salisbury too.
Track stats and up-coming entries: Lingfield AW (34 from 180, 19%), Yarmouth (10 from 83, 12%), Southwell AW (4 from 18, 22%), Kempton AW (26 from 228, 11%), Newmarket July (9 from 87, 10%), Haydock (8 from 68, 12%), Catterick (0 from 2), Chester (3 from 57, 5%)

KEITH DALGLEISH (3 winners from their last 8 runners, 38% strike-rate): Okay, so a Hamilton treble last week was the reason they’ve made the list, but 6 of their last 8 runners have also finished third or better, suggesting there could be more winners around the corner. Keith’s old riding partner at Mark Johnston’s gets a lot of the rides, while Graham Gibbons is also used a lot too. This is only their third season in operations, but with 39 and 52 winners in their opening two seasons they they’ve really hit the ground running. With 14 so far in 2013 then they are ticking along, but it’s interesting they’ve already had 4 juvenile winners from just 12 runners (33%) – in fact 8 of their 12 two-years have finished fourth or better.
Track stats and up-coming entries: Yarmouth (no runners), Ayr (17 from 92, 18%), Lingfield AW (6 from 23, 26%), Pontefract (3 from 6, 50%), Newmarket July (0 from 1), Catterick (2 from 28, 7%), Chester (0 from 2), Perth (no runners)
