Trainer Change Report Explained

Backing runners that have changed stables can be fraught with danger. The Trainer Change report is here to change all that by highlighting the record of previous runners on their debut runs for a new yard, having previously been trained elsewhere.

Using this powerful report users can identify trainers who are likely to either improve runners immediately or have them fit and ready to race (hopefully both) and which trainers are likely to bring them along a bit more slowly.

You can not only compare the records of trainers who have relevant entries over the next 48 hours, you can also dig much deeper. Activate the drop down menu for each trainer and you’ll be presented with a list of previous runners during the selected period. This can be used to examine the exact placings of the horses that make up each sample and also the odds of each qualifying runner. This is especially useful to add extra insight into the data.

And of course, with one simple click you can find out the relevant entries from each trainer on the list.
